Plaintiff was hired on Januas an on-air radio personality for DMG s morning show. DMG owns and operates a local Spanish-language radio station: WKKB Latina 100.3 FM. I Facts and Travel This case arises out of Plaintiff Dania Mateo s (Plaintiff) employment by Defendant Davidson Media Group, LLC (DMG). For the reasons set forth in this Decision, this Court grants the Defendants Motion to Dismiss as to certain Counts of the Complaint but denies the motion as to certain other Counts.
